Confirmation of bookings is subject to a deposit of 50% of the value of the booking by 22.11.2024, after which date confirmation of bookings is subject to an immediate deposit of 50% of the value of the booking.
The total amount of the Programme must be paid in full by 16.12.2024.

Cancellation Conditions

Reservations can be cancelled up to 22.11.2024 without any penalty, and if a deposit has been made, it will be refunded in full.
For cancellations after 22.11.2024, there will be no refund of the amount deposited as a guarantee.
