  • Confirmation of bookings is subject to a deposit of 50% of the value of the booking by 22.11.2024, after which date confirmation of bookings is subject to an immediate deposit of 50% of the value of the booking.
  • The total amount of the Programme must be paid in full by 16.12.2024.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Reservations can be cancelled up to 22.11.2024 without any penalty, and if a deposit has been made, it will be refunded in full.
  • For cancellations after 22.11.2024, there will be no refund of the amount deposited as a guarantee.
